Background info:

VSMS Viewer was written for simple people who have a  lot of pictures to view quickly and little money to spend on buying expensive viewers.

It was written using a language called Object Pascal, not C++. If you find errors and bugs in the program it's not the fault of the language it was written in, but my own.
